DOO Games Studio ("we", "our", "us"), based in Ukraine, operates the mobile application Promptlyss (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

A. Automatically Collected Information

When using Promptlyss, we may automatically collect:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Region and language
• IP address (temporarily for security and anti-abuse)
• Anonymous gameplay statistics
• Crash logs

We do not collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Payment card information

B. Cloud Save & Leaderboards

If online features are used, we may process:

• Player nickname (if chosen)
• Score data
• Progress data
• Unique device identifier
• Timestamps related to gameplay

This data is used solely to:

• Store and restore progress
• Enable leaderboard functionality
• Prevent cheating and abuse

Cloud data may be stored using Cloudflare R2 or similar cloud infrastructure.

C. In-App Purchases

All payments are processed by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not collect or store payment details.

D. Advertising

Promptlyss may display advertisements.

We use:

• Unity Ads
• Google AdMob

These providers may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
• Device information
• Interaction data
• IP address

On iOS, advertising tracking requires user consent under App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

Users may disable ad tracking in device settings.

E. Analytics

We collect anonymized gameplay statistics to:

• Improve game balance
• Measure retention
• Optimize performance

We do not build user profiles outside of gameplay context.

F. Local Notifications

Promptlyss may use local notifications to remind players about progress or in-game events.

Local notifications:

• Are generated entirely on the user's device
• Do not transmit personal data to external servers

3. Legal Basis (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, processing is based on:

• Legitimate interest (game improvement and security)
• Consent (advertising tracking, where required)
• Contract necessity (cloud save and leaderboard features)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with:

• Cloudflare (cloud infrastructure)
• Unity Technologies (Unity Ads)
• Google (AdMob)
• Apple and Google platform services

Only as necessary for app functionality.

5. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country of residence.

We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

6. Data Retention

We retain:

• Cloud Save data: until user deletion request or prolonged inactivity
• Leaderboard data: until reset or deletion
• Crash logs: up to 12 months
• Advertising identifiers: per SDK policy

Aggregated anonymized data may be retained longer.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Access data
• Request deletion
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing

8. Children's Privacy

Promptlyss is not directed to children under 13.

If we become aware of personal data collected from a child under 13, it will be deleted.

Updates will be reflected with a revised date.
