Terms of Service

Effective date: February 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Promptlyss ("the App"), operated by DOO Games Studio ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under the age required by your local law, you must use the App under parental supervision.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use bots, automation, scripts, or exploits
• Interfere with leaderboards or cloud systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

3. Gameplay & Virtual Items

Promptlyss includes virtual currency, packs, progression systems, and leaderboard rankings.

You acknowledge:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• They cannot be transferred outside the App
• They may be modified, removed, or reset at any time

We reserve the right to adjust gameplay balance, difficulty, rewards, or progression systems.

4. Cloud Save & Leaderboards

If you use cloud features:

• Progress may be stored remotely
• We do not guarantee permanent storage
• Data may be reset in cases of abuse or corruption

Leaderboard positions may be removed if cheating or manipulation is detected.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases.

All payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Prices may change without notice.

Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective platform.

We do not provide direct refunds.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Permanent feature support

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Promptlyss, including but not limited to:

• Software code
• Visual design
• Game mechanics
• Logos
• Branding

is owned by DOO Games Studio or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in cheating or fraud
• Disrupt the Service

Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DOO Games Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months (if any).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable Ukrainian jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.

Updated versions will be posted at:

promptlyss.com/terms

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
